Energy Star Partner

In 2011, Wieland Rolled Products NA became the first company in the copper and brass industry to become an Energy Star Partner, and began pursuing the federal program’s goal of reducing energy consumption by 10% within 5 years.

We have long since surpassed that goal, thanks to the Wieland Rolled Products NA Energy Team and their ongoing collaboration with Act On Energy, a local program established by Missouri-based energy company Ameren Corporation to help businesses maximize the benefits of their Energy Star efforts. Thanks to the program, Wieland Rolled Products NA has achieved some 14 million kwh in annual energy savings, which resulted in our company being named a 2017 and 2018 Energy Star Partner of the Year.
